Color Sandwich

Sunday morning I did some dying. I'm trying to use up most of my Cushing's dyes before getting some Pro-Chem dyes. These are Old Gold, Dark Green, and Terra Cotta dyes straight up - no dye recipes used this time. Now, time to run the gold through the cutter and start hooking.

Those are great colors, Betsey. I always thought Cushing did better on wools than cottons.
Which ProChem dyes are you going to try?

Jenny, I was going to get either the washfast acid dyes or the one-shots. I checked the website recently and see that there's new colors of both!

Betsey, can we do some dyeing sometime soon? I am thinking of unraveling a sweater I made a few years ago and dyeing the yarn a different color. I don't wear it often because I don't like the style much and don't feel good in the color. Pretty please?
